About

Cassandra “Cass” is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who brings a vibrant and bubbly presence to every session. Cass believes that therapy doesn’t always have to feel heavy - it can be a space for active growth, genuine connection and mutual respect. Cass is passionate about ensuring each client feels seen and heard, using her natural warmth to build a strong, therapeutic alliance from day one.

Having spent the past 5 years in clinical administration and research, Cassandra has mastered the 'inner workings' of mental health care. This behind-the-scenes expertise gives her a unique, 360-degree view of the therapeutic process. Cass knows how to navigate the system and translate complex data into practical, compassionate care. She bridges the gap between clinical expertise and compassionate, daily care.

Who I Work With

Cass works with children, teens, and adults who are navigating the complexities of ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and depression. Her approach is collaborative, clear, and grounded. She prioritizes helping clients develop a deep understanding of themselves while simultaneously building a toolkit of real-world coping strategies. Whether working with a child learning to regulate their emotions or an adult managing the pressures of a demanding career, Cass provides energetic and supportive guidance that helps clients move from feeling stuck to thriving.

Clinical Framework

Cassandra pairs her enthusiastic spirit with a rigorous commitment to evidence-based practice. She integrates several key modalities to support her clients' momentum:

  • ADHD-Informed Care: Providing specialized strategies to help neurodivergent brains manage executive function, focus, and emotional regulation.

  • CBT & DBT: Offering structured ways to challenge unhelpful thoughts and build immediate skills for distress tolerance.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Encouraging clients to take purposeful action toward their values, even in the presence of difficult emotions.

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Strengthening the emotional bonds in relationships and helping clients feel more secure in their connections.
