Hourly Fees
Our rates vary depending on the length of session as well as the experience and expertise of the clinician you are seeing. At KW Psychotherapy Group, fees range from $75 to $160 per therapeutic hour. To view exact rates for each therapist, please visit their individual profile.
Sliding Scale
We believe quality therapy should be accessible. A limited number of sliding scale slots are reserved for clients facing financial barriers, prioritizing those without third-party insurance coverage. Sliding scale availability and rates vary by clinician - please contact our intake team or discuss options during your initial consultation to inquire about current openings.
Health Care Benefits
Our services are covered by most extended health insurance plans in Ontario that include mental health or psychotherapy coverage. Because our clinicians are Registered Psychotherapists (RPs) or Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), most major insurers reimburse for our sessions.
Note: Coverage varies by individual policy. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to confirm that your specific plan covers "Registered Psychotherapists" or "Psychotherapy".
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged the session fee to the credit card on file. Please note that extended health insurance plans do not reimburse for missed session fees.
