Sejal (pronounced like sage) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Approach
Summer works with children, teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and trauma. Her approach is collaborative, clear, and grounded, with an emphasis on helping clients better understand themselves, build practical coping tools, and feel more capable in their daily lives and relationships.
She draws from Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy. Her work balances warmth and encouragement with structure and direction, supporting meaningful and sustainable change over time.
