A Supportive Foundation for Emerging Clinicians

Your practicum is more than a graduation requirement. It is the defining bridge between classroom theory and real-world clinical judgment. Starting to see clients can feel daunting without the right mentorship, solid systemic boundaries, and an environment that genuinely supports your growth.

At KW Psychotherapy Group, we believe emerging clinicians thrive when they are actively supported rather than left to sink or swim. Our practicum program immerses students into a thriving group practice environment where you receive continuous clinical supervision, ethical guidance, business and documentation training, and a warm community of peers.

Dedicated CRPO Supervision

Weekly one-on-one supervision and case consultations that satisfy College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario requirements.

Diverse Clinical Caseload

Gain direct client contact hours supporting youth and adults through anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and self-worth challenges.

Trauma & Somatic Learning

Private Practice Operations

Learn ethical documentation, crisis management, client scheduling, and the administrative structures required to run a sustainable practice.

Our Supervision Philosophy

Supervision at KW Psychotherapy Group is relational, transparent, and collaborative. We view supervision not as an evaluation to survive, but as a reflective sanctuary where you can bring your clinical mistakes, imposter fears, countertransference, and successes without fear of judgment.

Our supervisors focus on helping you find your authentic clinical voice. We assist you in deconstructing over-functioning habits early in your career so that you develop sustainable self-care boundaries, prevent vicarious trauma, and build longevity in the mental health profession.
