Aliha Habib
Student Therapist"High quality therapy should be accessible to everyone. We create a non-judgmental space to look honestly at coping patterns, trauma, and culture without shame."
Approach
I provide compassionate, accessible psychotherapy through our affordable therapy program while completing the final part of my master's degree. I bring experience in addiction recovery, substance use, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My practice is culturally sensitive and non-judgmental. I understand that coping habits-including substance use, emotional withdrawal, or perfectionism - often develop as survival strategies in response to systemic pressure, family expectations, or unresolved trauma. I support clients in identifying their internal strengths and building healthy, realistic ways to navigate life.
